These terms cover your use of Plinth at plinth.ai20labs.com. By signing in or opening a shared view, you agree to them. How Plinth handles your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Plinth turns the activity in the services you connect (GitHub, Google Calendar and Meet, Jira, Slack, calendar feeds and coding assistants on your machine) into an account of what you worked on, which you can review and choose to share. It is offered by invitation while it is in early access, and features may change, be added or be removed as it develops.
What Plinth reads from your connected services, and what you write in it, stays yours. You give ai20labs permission to store and process it only to run Plinth for you: to show it to you, to the people you choose to share it with, and to generate the summaries you ask for.
Only connect accounts and register repositories, channels and calendars you are allowed to use this way. Your employer's or client's policies may limit what you may connect or share, and following them is your responsibility.
When you share through Shared view, the people you add see what you chose for them until you remove them or their access expires. You are responsible for choosing what to share and with whom. Someone you share with may only view; they may not use Plinth to change your work.
Summaries, skill tags, action items and meeting evidence are written with the help of an AI model and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before relying on them or passing them on; Plinth keeps meeting evidence as a draft until you confirm it for this reason.

You can disconnect any service or delete your account at any time in Account settings; deleting your account removes your data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, and we may end the service; if we end it, we will tell you first where we can.
Plinth is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, ai20labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of Plinth, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Plinth in the twelve months before it, which is nothing while Plinth is free.
When these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves. If a change is significant, we will tell you in Plinth or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Plinth after that means you accept the new terms.
